By submitting this form, I/We hereby accept the responsibilities for keeping our school grounds, campus and neighborhood, hereinafter referred to as the Litter Free School Zone for a period of one (1) year as stated above unless otherwise extended. This understanding is made with Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful upon agreement of the terms listed below:

The Adopter agrees:

1. To check the campus grounds weekly and remove litter.
2. To call/mail/or e-mail the Pennsylvania Resources Council office a quarterly update (April 1, end of school, October 1 and January 2) on how many cleanups were completed and how many students, teachers and any other volunteers participated.
3. To promote, organize and implement any campus events as litter free events.

Great Pennsylvania Cleanup agrees:

1. To coordinate the adoption with the appropriate school administrative personnel.
2. To provide a sign for your school campus designating it a litter free zone.
